Steps

  1. We are given a point A inside the circle c.
  2. We draw a line f that passes through the center of the given circle c and point A.
  3. At the intersection of circle c and line f, we mark point D. Further, we mark point E at the midpoint of segment |AD|.
  4. We construct an ellipse e1 with foccus at points A and the center of circle c, which also passes through point E.
  5. The result is a set of points that represent the centers of circles in the solution.
